My Hot 100 update…

Well I’m not to “hot” this week. Not on any single one of my goals.

Let’s see my goals were to be 180 lbs by December 31st. If I have any more weeks like this one I won’t make it. I lost nothing. I’m still at 189. It hasn’t been a great week at all at planning my meals, watching what I’m eating and I feel it and the scale shows it.

Another goals was to exercise 4 days a week. Changing up each day’s exercise. This week, zip, nada, nothing extra. I did carry wood, I did move furniture, shampoo carpets and put stuff back…twice. But nothing for cardio, strength and anything else. This sucked the big one.

Meal planning. Well I wasn’t home for a good portion of the meals, so didn’t even plan a menu. Not good, not good at all.

Enough of this. I know better and I am paying for it. I am disappointed in me but I also understand what went wrong and what I didn’t do and some of it just was. So with all that said, I have 60 hours to loss something for Allan’s weigh in. It better be good. It has to be good.

Buckle down and get your head where it needs to be! I tell myself this daily! You're close to your goal! You'll get there, it may be slow but as long as you get there! Keep it up!

I found you through the Hot 100 and I can tell you I have had some not so great weeks too!

hmmm....I guess I would look at what you HAVE done this year. Sure, you've still got 9 lbs to go, but you've already lost so much! Losing 0 is better than gaining 1?

At 189, I am sincerely still PROUD of you. You do so much, you don't ever tire out and you're still at it! You are a go-getter. I'm happy just to know about your day! :)

Julie, stop beating yourself up over this week...you've got a lot of stress and it makes things more difficult. You'll find an outlet for the stress, I just know you will! You're doing a fabulous job! So now, here's what you do: blow it off and start over tomorrow. Each and every day is a brand new start.

BTW, love the video! I hope you don't mind but I forwarded it on to some folks who I know will love it!

The week isn't over yet! There's still tomorrow. Can you go work out? Can you plan your meals for the day and stick to them? Then you'll have ended the week on a good note and set the pattern for a good week next week!

You have had a lot going on this week, don't be too disappointed. You're so good at being supportive for us - so be supportive for yourself too! Take care!
