Well I’m not to “hot” this week. Not on any single one of my goals.
Let’s see my goals were to be 180 lbs by December 31st. If I have any more weeks like this one I won’t make it. I lost nothing. I’m still at 189. It hasn’t been a great week at all at planning my meals, watching what I’m eating and I feel it and the scale shows it.
Another goals was to exercise 4 days a week. Changing up each day’s exercise. This week, zip, nada, nothing extra. I did carry wood, I did move furniture, shampoo carpets and put stuff back…twice. But nothing for cardio, strength and anything else. This sucked the big one.
Meal planning. Well I wasn’t home for a good portion of the meals, so didn’t even plan a menu. Not good, not good at all.
Enough of this. I know better and I am paying for it. I am disappointed in me but I also understand what went wrong and what I didn’t do and some of it just was. So with all that said, I have 60 hours to loss something for Allan’s weigh in. It better be good. It has to be good.
