Well it’s week 4 and my weight has not moved an ounce but I know that I’ve lost inches. I won’t measure until November 2nd but I know in my clothes. I am so in love with being able to wear a size 16. From a size 22 to a 16 in 10 months. I won’t complain.
I need to work on an exercise schedule. Something like: Monday crunches, Tuesday weights, Wednesday planks, Thursday squats, Friday crunches and my 4 days a week 3-4 mile walk/sprints. After writing this I think I can do this. It’s not a lot of time invested for each day but enough that I’ll get what I need done. Hummm…..thank you for having me explain and learn.
My menus have worked out perfectly the past two weeks. I haven’t gotten to next weeks yet but will before shopping on Sunday.
So for my challenge for myself, I’m not doing to bad. I still wish my weight would move but we’ll see on Monday if anything has happened. I have taken the advice of adding a bit more fiber, protein and water so just maybe.
I want to say thank you to Steve for hosting this challenge. We have 71 days left in 2010, I hope all you Hotties are doing well. Just remember to “always do your best and let the Lord do the rest.”
Take care my friends and God Bless!!

You are welcome Julie.
Keep in mind, the scale is really not the best indicator of progress. I would say they way those pants are fitting is much more telling.
Talking things out always seems to help me out too. LOL. Can't wait to see your inches results!!
Wow! I didn't realize how much you had lost - You are doing awesome!!
I like the update! You're sounding like a real Hottie already! ;) ;)
I am so with you on getting into an organized schedule of exercise! Sounds good. You are doing so great! Hope you have a fabulous weekend. :)

I call size 16 the beginning of normal b/c you don't have to shop plus-size any more! Love it! Well done on that and good luck with the remaining weeks of the challenge--the exercise will help!
I think that clothes and measurements are much better indicators of progress than the darn fickle scale! Good job:)
Woohoo- you are right on track! 16 is a great number!!! I'm getting close to it and can't wait to be in those size 16!
I agree, the scale really isn't always a good measure. My scale has been stuck in this particular five-pound range but I have had two people compliment me this week on my weight loss, and I feel good, so I'm just ignoring that beast for now. I figure it will eventually catch up to me!
Those damn scales get stuck once in awhile,,, keep at it !!!
Just found you through the Hottie challenge. I have been suck at 19 pounds off for the whole month. SO, I am hoping the scale moves, too. Have a great next week!
