I did it, I did it…

189….189….I’m excited. I am officially out out of the 190’s and never again going to venture into them. So from Monday October 25 to today November 28th I’ve lost 11 lbs. Finally!!! For some on Allan’s challenge this is chump change, for others it’s the normal and for others if a bit more but like Allan says it’s not a race, it’s for us to learn to get healthy, happy and love ourselves. I’ll take it and keep working on this challenge. Interested in seeing what this is all about? Go check out Allan and his very unique blog. Want to see someone that has more will power then 99% of us? Want to learn how he’s doing it, how he’s teaching others? Check out his blog.

One more week of following the plan Allan has set for us and then next week, December 7th starts a whole new challenge for us. Something total different. I’m ready, I’m excited. It’ll be interesting to see what Allan has up his sleeve.

It’s a new week and I’m going to try a few new exercise, keep watching and documenting all my calories and drinking my water. This week will be a difficult one with my sister about to go under the knife and doctors so worried about her. About a daycare mom that had emergency surgery which means time off for her to recoup and no pay for me. A week full of challenges of all kind. But the Lord never promised life was easy, he just said he’d help us manage it. So it’s onward and upwards.

Take care and have a blessed week.

Well, just LOOK at you rocking out Allan's challenge! That's fantastic! Remember--this is the way you need to eat for the rest of your life. Not too hard, right? Sounds like you're doing everything perfectly, so just keep it up!

Wahooo! This is awesome to read! Congratulations!

We were never promised a trouble-free life, that is for sure. However, we do know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
