Hot 100 update….

It has been a weird week. I am drinking a gallon and a half of water a day. I am eating 1200-1400 calories a day. I am exercising most day. But I’m feeling like crap. I am tired, run down and just plain yucky feeling. My stomach feels like it wants to explode. I don’t know, a touch of something? Just a bit overworked? I don’t know. But today is our weigh in and weigh in I did and my numbers for the week are …….191 same as last week. I’m hoping that I feel better for Sunday’s weigh in for Allan.  I don’t normally weigh in both days but I’m hoping for a bigger or better result after a bit of relaxing this weekend.

So there you have it, my update. It’s just short and sweet this week. I’m sorry about that, I just need a break. A mini vacation. Some quiet time without kids or adults around (other then Jim and Mike that is). I’m excited for Thanksgiving to come. A day we go no where, stay home and play games, watch TV, Jim cooks, Mike cleans up and I do nothing but eat a bit and enjoy the guys. A day just made for being thankful for family. Love it!!!

I hope your stomach settles down soon! Sounds like you did well with your goals this week and I am sure the scale will eventually reward you:) Your Thanksgiving sounds nice and low key. Love the part where you don't have to cook or clean up!

Whenever I feel like that u need to add some carbs/sugar back.. your energy level is down..(blood sugar level)...Also the intake of water is making u feel bloated... U can drink all u want but u have to relieve it either thru peeing or sweating it off.. I know weight watchers promotes drinking 32 oz. of water, but u have to sweat it off to feel better..

It does sound like maybe you need an uptick in calories or maybe a day off from working out? Or a day with an easier workout? Moderation in all things, including weight loss. Maybe you just need a couple of days where you ease up on yourself a bit. Listen to what you're body tells you. Hope you feel better!

So hope you don't continue to feel yucky! You're doing well though and eventually the scale will reflect that! So great that you are taking the challenges seriously! Good for you!

All this water has me feeling bloated. And when I feel bloated I feel yuck. I hope you're not coming down with something. :( Maybe add in some supplements, D, C, & B-12. And some hot tea too. :) (((hugs)))

@Twix: u are definitely right... vitamins are needed even if u are eating right, especially since u are on a different regiment.

Sometimes we have to increase our calories if we are hitting the gym hard. Also, I read recently, that it better to eat a different amount each day to keep our metabolisms guessing and also high. Hope you feel better!

Uho...maybe it's time to slow down a bit and take care of yourself so you don't get fully sick. Wish I could classify my progress as awesome but no such truth for me. Well, maybe in some areas but not when it comes to the scale. Long story. :)

Thank you everyone for you sweet comments and advice. I'm feeling a bit better tonight. I did up my calories a bit today, same gallon plus water and a bit less exercise. Yes I take a multi vit/mineral tab each day along with a calcium tab. Just wanted you to know since you asked.
