Found this at my tracker…

Weight Chart

This was kind of cool to see on my tracker place. It’s a bit off at the starting weight of 225 but then it still doesn’t matter because it’s going in the right direction. I can’t wait for it to read the green goal line. If you guys would like to try www.TickerFactory.com it’s really easy to set up and use. Heck if I could use it anyone can.

Just thought I’d share this with you.

I hope you’re having a great weekend. It’s cold and not my most favorite time of year but I live in Minnesota what can I expect. Soon it’ll be time to go cross country skiing, then I can handle winter much better. I so love my time in the woods and the time with Mike makes it even grander.

Take care and God Bless!!

Tracker looks impressive. I forgot to answer your question about the chiropractor. I have been to one, when I messed up my back. They did make me feel better. If the Podiatrist can't fix this problem, then maybe I'll give the back Doc a call. Thanks for the suggestion. :-)

How do you save the tracker?

I have a ticker from them on my blog and I can see the graph but I wouldn't know how to post it to my blog.

Wow, that is really headed down. Great job. Really puts it into perspective, doesn't it when we pan out and look at it that way. :) Have a great weekend Julie!

Hey Julie, I saw your NSV question on my blog, then accidentally posted my answer on another person's blog, and then finally found my way back here to answer you -- hello, sleepy Sunday morning! I just learned what an NSV is the other week, and now I can't stop talking about them (because they are so awesome). Stands for non-scale victory. I focus on them a lot, like looser jeans and stuff, because I'm taking a break from the scale until the end of the Hot 100 Challenge. So, now you can join me in NSV happiness!

I have a ticker from the ticker factory, but I can't find the link for the graph like what you have posted. I would love to have the graph too.

You are doing absolutely fantastic and it's rewarding to see the proof in other places besides the scale!!

Hugs,
Mary

I came over from Jayne's place.

That is one hell of a line graph. Proud, you should be.

I can easily interpret whole of the information from the chart. As it is providing all of the useful information. They are providing correct information.

Immigration on a whole is very beneficial to Canada and its residents. History tells repeatedly that it is human kind that loses its previleges. Immigration is good for Canada and its people in any way you consider but the undeue advantage taken by a few people in the name of refugee act bestowed by Canadian government is being highly misused. We have to wait and see how far Canada can allow people in the name of refugees. Of course, humanitarian concerns are to be given the highest priority for human kind’s development and survival but misuse of a syustm is highly deplorable. Let us all pray that the gates of immigration be not closed for all those good people and eligible aspirants just because of the refugees who infiltrate this country and can be a bigger and unsolvable problem. As of now Canada is large in heart and resources.
