up .4…

So I’m up to 177.6 which rounded up is 178. Up a pound this week. Not good and not part of the plan but I am not going to sit here and fuss about it. It seems that I lose 2-3 pounds every other week. So that means next week I’ll be down and that will be just fine. Well sorta okay, I am on plan,

I am exercising more and more (a total of 4293 calories used up) so not positive the why maybe it’s the not on schedule pooping any more. I use to be so regular, twice a day 9 am and 9 pm. I could tell time by the regularity but now not so much. We’ll see.

I do not feel good today either. Sorta dizzy during my work out and then came home with a stomachache and headache. Not the flu I don’t think but not tip top either. This too shall pass but sure not impressed with not feeling good either.

A new week, the last one with the menus we have, new things coming for the following week. Exciting. Exciting like looking in the closet and not finding anything that fits right any more. Exciting like being able to do things I can’t remember doing for years. This week is my new measurements for the month. I know there will be inches lost, now that exciting too. Exciting like being the healthiest Julie possible.

That is a lot of spent calories for exercising! WOW!!!!
Sounds like you may have been dehydrated or not enough calories on board before the exercising. I will try to find an article for you to read because if you felt like that only during your exercising and were not coming down with a flu bug, then there should be an easy remedy!

Started something new (for me) yesterday but don't want to tell until I see if I'll really stick with it this week...wish me luck!

Exercise does have it's effects on the body in ways other than weight loss and muscle development- maybe that has something to do with it?

Glad you are taking the little weight up in stride. You are doing so awesome! Yes, there is a howl new world out there for the fit and healthy to enjoy in ways we did not know before. Hope you feel better.

I'm up a bit this week too, but I have a gym plan and am going to get back on track if it kills me.

You're doing so fantastically with your exercising I wouldn't even worry about that measly 0.4 lbs! It could be water retention from creating new muscles, could be not going numero dos in a while - could be anything! :) I'm proud to call you my friend and so I'm going to adopt half of your gain. Could you feel me taking in 0.2 lbs from you? =P
