If you did my challenge with me can you leave a comment and tell me how you did, please? I’m just curious and felt honored you joined me. I also have something for you, if you’ll leave me your e-mail address.
I rode 22 days out of 31. Logged in 57 miles, I didn’t try for any certain distant just getting on the bike. I am still going to keep riding and just take the doctors advice and just go for joy rides, nothing hard.
This week I will refine my personal challenges for Debbi’s Slimmer this Summer Challenge and get it posted on Saturday.
This week I’m going to just concentrate on practicing for this Saturday. I haven’t beaten my 33 minute time but am happy with it so will just keep working at it.
I am going to take this week off from blogging and just try and get some other things done. I am so far behind on taking care of business here that I’ve got to do that. I’ll be back after my race on Saturday.
Take care my friends and have a blessed week. Keep up the great work that you’ve all been doing. Keep up working as hard as you can to become the healthiest, best you possible.

I'll look forward to reading your goals. A blogging break can be really good. Done it in the past myself. :)
Will miss ya. See ya soon.
Julie,
I love your new picture in your profile. I just noticed it. You really look great!
As far as the biking challenge, I figure I rode over 200 miles and went 22/31 days. I am excited to get home )Friday) and do more.
I will be thinking of you on Saturday with your race. Best of luck! Michele
I am getting back on my bike this week, it needed some TLC before it was road worthy again.
BTW: I nominated you for a blog award. you can see the details on my blog.
Wish I did your challenge! I needed it. 22 days - good for you!
Awesome job on the biking goal!!! :)
Um, just realized I posted as "Mirtika"...(my original, non dieting blog). :) Was checking that email, I guess. 'Mirtika" is what my family calls me..nickname. :) I go by that in real life. :D
I wanted to say I'll pray for your week to be good, that whatever is bothersome will sort itself out, and that you will indeed figure out the best goals and paths for the rest of these hot months. God bless, sweets.
