So today is the start of Phase 6. The last and final phase before maintenance. This Phase is bit drastic but it’s a great kick in the butt and a great way to get the last bit of weight off.
Today is the day for my mammogram and my lab work. It’s early in the afternoon which works great for daycare because they are napping and Mike is home so he can just relax and listen while I’m away. The bad thing is it’s early in the afternoon and it’s a very long time from dinner last night to 2:30 before I get something to eat. I know fasting is good for a body and soul so I am going to look at it as that.
Today was my monthly weight and measurement day. According to last months to this months results I’ve lost 2 lbs and 2 1/2” of fat. Not my greatest but still down hill so will take it. With just a little bit ways to go things are bound to slow down.
So how is your week going? Drinking your water, watching those calories, exercising? We all know the drill, we all know what we have to do. It’s just life gets in the way sometimes but we just need to set priorities and like missmommy said…”that I have come to realize that I have the rest of my life to eat but that I needed to do this for now so that I will be able to ENJOY living the rest of my life instead of just living it”. Well said, WELL SAID!!
Take care my friends and have a blessed and excellent week.

I opted out of phase 6, I'm starting a rather awesome phase of my own. I'm training to be a runner.
Good luck with phase 6, and congrats on doing the mammogram, have a great week yourself!
Onward and downward!
I fast all the time.
Sometimes.
Here's to a great week!
I'll be thinking of you through phase 6. Hang in there. It won't be easy but I bet you do well and reach your goal. Hugs. :)
I am in awe at your commitment!
I am drinking my water---I do reward myself with green tea once all water has been ingested; I'm not counting calories but I am still on my AssOff program...so, things are going steady.
Once Hubs checks out my bike, I'll start riding for your challenge!
Lets do it.....you'll enjoy eating what's allowed after fasting for your lab work. While I haven't gained, my wt loss has slowed...so i think this will be a good kick to get me going again.
Good luck with that mammogram and blood work! I am guessing that your labs will really improve from the last time due to all the changes you made!
I hope your Mothers Day was Wonderful and that you got a little spoiled! Yay for being 2 pounds down and for taking care of yourself (Mammogram & lab work). Time to kick butt girl! You can do this! I'm drinking my water today.... thinking of you. :)
Take care,
~Margene
