This guy is so cool…

[blogie.jpg]

This guy is Blogie Love and I earned him from Colleen. Colleen is such a cool writer, it is so much fun reading her posts. She’s full of information, spice and vinegar and lots of love.

I need to send this Blogie Love to three other bloggers and again it is so hard to just pick three but this weekend I have gotten three nice comments and e-mails from

Jennifer – She is a stay at home mom on a weight loss journey like I am.

Jodi – She is my inspiration. She has lost 147 lbs since last year. She’s a college student and I just love reading about her life.

Gabrielle – She says….”Skinny feels better then that chocolate tastes”. Her blog is so full of different things to check out.

So these are the ladies I pick for this award. Go and check them out when you have a moment or two, you’ll be happy you did.

Now on to this week’s journey….

Since next week is my weigh in week I better make sure I work hard, do what I’m suppose to and exercise.

I’m going to start level 2 on Jillian’s 30 day shred. I’m not quite perfect on level one but I’m bored so time for a change. I also am having a blast with the Eye Toy but not as the profile we set up for me, I’m more for the pick an exercise and go. I love the guest feature because it lets me pick what I want to do and play/exercise. I work just as hard or even harder then the profile person but I suppose it because no one is telling me what to do. Oh I know it’s a game and I don’t have to follow the rules but I feel that somewhere someone worked on this and I should do something they suggest so I do both for about an hour (that is is the kids sleep that long).

I bought myself some apples and plums today. I needed some fresh fruit. I wish I had remembered to pick up some V-8. I had forgotten how good that stuff is until Jim shared one with me last weekend. Between the fruits, veggies, 100% juices and other good for me foods I am hoping that I can learn and stick to this way of life when I met my goal. I read we need to eat what the earth gives us, not the man made or man put together things. So my challenge this week is to see just what I can make.

So for now, that’s life here. A challenge I’m willing to take on and do my best at.

I hope you have a great week. Good luck on your life style journey.

God Bless!!!

I am SO honored that you gave me that award. It means so much to me that you did that. Thank you for wanting to read about my life. I enjoy reading about yours too!! I will put up the post this week about the award. I truly am honored.

I too love juices. I haven't really been drinking them because of the sugars in them. There is one drink that I used to drink. I think it was Diet V8 Splash?

The other day at school my classmates laugh because during breaks I either have an apple or cut up steamed vegetables in a baggie. Even when you meet your goal..You Can Do It!! We have to think of this as a lifestyle change and not a diet. That is where I always messed up. I tried to psychologically convince myself that lifestyle changes are fun and like you are getting a fresh new start.

OH!! The other day, I was watching Dr Oz. (I love that man!) He was saying that at supermarkets we should "shop the perimeter". The front is the fruits and vegetables. The side is the dairy. The back is the proteins. The middle aisle are processed stuff. Very interesting. I never thought of it that way before.

Sorry my comment is SO long. I had a lot to say. LOL! -- Thank you again SO very much for my award. Watch out for the post this week.

Thanks for being a great new friend. God bless you always!!
