That is, what I did with the Shred, level one. Just a few butt kicks I couldn’t keep up with but the rest, not bad at all. This concludes week one and I worked out with Jillian 3 times this week and 1 time just my normal routine. I am hoping to get that walk in this weekend to finish up the week. I snuck a peek at my weight because even though I was exercising you know my mouth was too so I wanted to be sure I didn’t put anything back on and I hadn’t. I also didn’t lose anything but I’m sure it’s because my mouth and brain were not talking to each other very well.
I think for lunch today I’m going to make a smoothie. I have seen lots of recipes for them but have yet tried one so today is the day. I’m suppose to make a new recipe each week anyways and other the cheese filled pasta I made for Mike the other night I haven’t done anything this week. By the way Mike said in a very nice tone of voice, “mom, you don’t have to go to that much work ever again on these noodles”. He ate them but you could tell they sure weren’t going to be his new favorite thing.

I am so jealous i want to be dedicated to working out... I started just alittle but I hope to get there by summer LOL
