Here’s what my food diary looked like today. Figured I’d share it with you. I also found out the exact amounts or close to that I need a day in carbs and proteins. Did you know that you are to take your weight multiply it by .8 and that will give you your required proteins per day? I just learned that. So here’s my list….
I tried to copy and paste but it didn’t work that way so ended up printing it and then adding it as a picture. Pretty neat huh? I didn’t do terrible today, I do need more protein and a bit less fat but over all not to bad.
So now my day is just about finished up. Some dishes, a load of laundry and then I’m going to relax and see what’s on the boob tube, maybe something good tonight.
