Couldn’t wait till noon, really….

Kim couldn’t either so here are my results and I have to say, WOW….I really didn’t figure this was possible. But…….

I lost 6 lbs in January and 13 3/4 inches. Just a peek, 3” off my waist, my neck 2”, my boobs and back fat 2”, my fat stuff (that’s that fat under my tummy but before my butt) 1 1/2”, thighs 2 1/4”..the rest in 1/4-1/2” and I didn’t cheat. I did the loose tape measure not the tight as a rope. I did however undress to my panties and socks because, well jeans and a shirt add a pound. So total number is in inches is 312.75. That’s measuring in 10 different spaces over all. Neck, upper arms, lower arms, bust, below bust, waist, fat stuff, hips, thighs and calves.

So that’s that my friends. I have to say I am proud of me. I really, really didn’t expect that. I knew some but a bit here and there but to add it up I’m impressed. Now let’s hope I can do some more for my weigh-in March 2nd. I’ll put the count down date thingy back up on top so even I can see what’s left.

I’ll see if I’m able to do the Shred disc. I’ll give it a good go but if not ready for it, I’ll keep up what I have been doing, get stronger and try it next month. I have time, plenty of time to try them all….gotta figure this is a life time thing, not just a few months.

Thanks guys for all your help and support. Please keep it coming because I have a long ways to go to reach my 180 by June 6th.

Take care and have a super day today. Bye for now and God Bless!!!
