Well I am cuz you know why? Today I went and exercised…….no that’s not it at all because if I had my way I would of stayed in bed and slept the morning away. But I didn’t, I went and worked out. I have to share, I just have to because 9 months ago I couldn’t of even did 1/100th of what I did today. I have to tell you guys, it’s because of you that this is possible. I know, it’s me too but if it wasn’t for Allan’s challenge, Steve’s hotties, Charlie’s train to onderland I would of just been fumbling around on my own doing what I could and sorta just leaving the rest alone.
Anyway, my sharing. I ran 3 minutes, 11 minutes and a 6 minute out of 30 today. That’s 20 full minutes of running, I know not in a row but I’m not counting that yet. I ran a 25:45 2 miles. I found a pace I can do, 4.6mph at a 1% grade. 9 months ago I couldn’t go pole to pole, or down my driveway without huffing and puffing and feeling like I was going to pass out. I’m learning to breath too. They say it will come but I really had my doubts.
I also snuck a peek on that new scale, yes I hated the fact I had to go from the 180’s back into the 190’s with the new scale but it won’t last more then a couple of weeks and I’m not going to say it’s a set back, just another challenge. On Sunday the scale said 194.4, today it says 192.4. If this keeps up I’ll at least have a minus this week in the numbers. We’ll find out for sure on Sunday for Allan’s weigh in.
Okay I am off to take my parents for a drive, a breakfast out (yes Allan I’ll stay on course) and to an old school house that is full off good things to look at and wish for.

Wow, you're running?! I love it! I'm still walking but Tucker picks up the pace some days and we do take a bit of a jog! LOL
