1 month at the gym…

From the 9th of December to today, the 14th of January I changed my size by 5” over all. Mostly my lower parts, the tummy, hips, thighs and calves and just a tiny from my bust. I also lost 7.6 lbs. So it’s working. Things are moving right along. It’ll be interesting to see what happens from now to February.

Today was another great work out. 2 1/2 hours at the gym. I did 2 miles in 29:20. I wanted to do a 15 minute mile so I’m happy.

I also worked on the last of the 3 cords of wood we had delivered. It’s taken me 5 days to get it all stacked but 3 cords of wood is 12’ by 4’ by 8’ tall when you figure it out. That’s a lot of wood. It’s a lot of heat, twice….once piling it up and the second time to keep us warm.

So this weekend I am hoping Mike and I can go Moonlight Skiing at Kathio State Park. We go each year and it’s such a blast. Maybe this year I can handle the full 10K and not wimp out at the 5K. We’ll see though, just depends on how cold and how much snow we get today. 4” already and more to come. It’s suppose to be 4 below but that’s not bad when skiing.

Wow girl... you are CRUISING! Awesome! And skiing with the man (Mike is your man, right?) sounds fabulous. I hope the snow works in your favor. You are becoming quite the little athlete! :)

Wow you've had a great month! Two and half hour workout? Actually, that sounds kind of fun, but I'm not there yet. I'm walking a mile just under 30 minutes right now. I like your pace better.

I remember from my childhood many days of stacking wood. That is a workout. Best wishes for another great month.

I'm still walking Tucker every day but I started with the Wii Fit today. My poor little Mii was hanging her head a lot on those balance routines! It's fun though! What the walk 400 miles in 2011 thing? I'd like to join that--we walk 3 miles every day so that SHOULD qualify. LOL
