I bought a scale today…

And no it’s not the same as the Wii or my old scale. Hummm, what do I do. I wanted to have a scale that I can step on more often then hooking up the Wii all the time. According to the scale it said 194.4 the Wii 189. Ideas? Do I adjust my self to the new scale or return it? I really wanted one so I could check more often. I don’t like the new numbers on that scale. Decisions, decisions!!

I picked up all the groceries I need for this weeks menu. I even found fat free, sugar free ice-cream. I didn’t even know they made that.

So a new day, a new week and all the information to do what is important to become the more healthier, sexier me.

Take care my friends and God Bless!!

As much as it sucks to "add weight", I would adjust to the new scale. I had to do that as well and I just don't trust the accuracy of the Wii. The good thing is that you just have to adjust to it once!

Just keep eating good and lose the weight you need to.

On the other hand, if you think the scale is defective, then you should return it. I weigh less on my Wii also. I don't really look at the numbers though.

Yes, if you think it really is broken, definitely return it. But if not, the truth is that it really is just a number. Nothing changed between weighing yourself on the Wii and weighing yourself on the scale even if it feels like it did. They're both the same you who's made so many healthy changes. Don't give it the power to make you feel bad. Although I can totally understand your feelings

I have never seen two scales show me the same weight. as a matter of fact if you step on the same scale in different areas sometimes your weight will change. You might just want to get used to it.....

I am need of a new scale, and this is one of my concerns. I would say adjust yourself to the new scale. Really all a scale is is a way to track progress, right? Have a blessed day!

Check out Karen;s post here: http://waistingtimeblog.com/2011/01/05/weigh-what-you-want-giveaway/. Her insight might help you. As for me, I bought a new scale last summer, but weigh in only bimonthly. It is not about the number, but so much more. (PS: I stole that phrase from Karen's post this am).

Mean new scale! Give it a tight slap. It'll know not to act smart next time.
