That is what I rode today on my bike. The furthest I have ever ridden in my life except possible while vacation in Michigan but then that would be shopping and lots of stops. According to my diet tracker it was worth about 1000 calories burned. Not bad at all if you ask me. Plus I laid carpet for 4 hours and then rototilled the garden which took me a full hour. So today I am over exercised and very, very tired now. I have been keeping my calories under 1300 so I’m hoping if I keep all this up I can weigh less then 200 the next time I weigh in.
Here are a few pictures of our trail ride today. I just had to share how beautiful the trail was.
I hope you are getting a good start on your weekend. Enjoy, relax and rejuvenate. I didn’t work today but I do tomorrow so have a split weekend but with days like today, I don’t mind any day of the week.
Take care and God Bless!!!

Gorgeous scenery. We used to live near a place called the Well Fields, and they had a paved path that went on for miles. We'd go biking, walking, and even horseback riding through it. Saw deer and all kinds of wildlife. Miss that.
Good for you. Wish I had your energy!
