Weigh out at the gym…

Well it turned out to be 7 lbs for this month. Not terrible, not grand but $7.00 off this month membership dues, I can handle that. Before 7:00 this morning I had jogged 2.25 miles, rode 4.5 miles and then 20 vertical sit-ups with a 4 lb medicine ball. I ran out of time, had to be back here at 7:45 bright eyed and smelling…well not like the gym. A good morning so far. The kids want to go swimming. Not sure if it’ll be today but I’ll take them this week for sure.

Time for some breakfast. Gotta see what’s on the menu. I have to print out this week’s menu and go from there.

Your focus AND 50 pound weight loss is inspiring me so much, Julie. You moved your body more before 7 a.m. today than I've done a month! Tomorrow I start my new program to literally keep the faith and walk the talk so I can do the work and get results like yours. You're such an inspiration.

Great job last month! I still think it's fantastic that your gym reduces the fees based on your healthy improvements. With workouts like that and your continued determination, I would say March will be another awesome month.
