When I started my life style journey, 14 months ago I was 230 lbs at 37.1 BMI. Very obese now just overweight.
I’m going to be 49 in 55 days. I am going to be the healthiest and most physically fit I’ve been in most of my adult life. I have a ways to go but I’m getting there.
