I might be able to walk 4 miles in an hour or so, I might be able to run after 2-6 wee ones all week long. I might be able to hike in the woods for hours on end. I might even be able to do 25 push-ups, 75 crunches and 35 squats but I can not keep up with Jillian. God how I hate that disc. Oh I’ll get it, I know I will but until then, I’m working with Bob from the Biggest Loser at Boot camp and also 15-30 minutes on my Wii. I’ll conquer the 30 Day Shred, I will but it might take me way more then 30 days to do it. I’m trying, just not able all the way yet.
Oh I’ve been eating so many veggies I stink (sorry). My calorie in-take has been terrific. My stupid period is just about over with so I am hoping when I step on the scale next week that it’ll say something really nice. I’m hoping!!!
Hopping back on after a little while off has been a bit harder then I thought it would be but I’m getting back into the swing of things. No more snacking after 6:00, no more I think I’m hungry let’s eat this, I’m back to watching the carbs mostly because they seem to scream my name an awful lot. I’m working on learning new recipes. I’m looking up the warps that you guys have told me about. Soon, it’ll all be second nature, at least that what I’ve been told. So until then, I’m working on it.
So that is this weeks update. I hope that you are doing well on your life style changes and diets. I have try to keep up with most of you on what you’ve been doing. I love all that you’ve taught me, the ideas you’ve given me, the support and love that’s there for me. Thank you guys, for everything.
