Slimmer this Summer Challenge…

FLUNK, BIG TIME!!! No counting calories, no extra exercise other then lots of swimming and two walks. I have been just to worried, to busy, to everything to do anything right. Stupid I know and this is a new week but last week was just not the week to do anything I should of. Week 7 was a wash for me but week 8 is here and I have to do what’s right. Not because of the challenge though I have to admit it’s been such a great reason but mostly because I want to be the most healthiest me possible.

Sorry I flunked this week but thank God I have a new week to get back on track.

I hope you all are getting to the most healthiest you possible. I have been reading lots of your blogs and so many of you are doing so awesome. I am so proud of you all and so proud to be part of this challenge.

Take care and have a blessed week.

Also, weight it up to 170.4...it sucks and it's not good. Have to fix it, NOW!!!

Must be the 7 year itch, or the 7 week itch. Once it's past, it's smooth sailing!! :-)

Just get back on the horse! No dwelling on what you didn't do, just take it one day at a time--each new day is a new beginning!

I'm so grateful to you for your encouragement and your motivational example! And for leading me to this challenge! I hope someone's getting ready to host another one for fall- this has made all the difference!

Hang in there, Julie. There are glitches in every journey. You are just in a rough patch and will come through it soon I am sure. I will be here cheering you on. Jump back on the wagon and before you know it you will be where you want to be. Hugs.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. Just get back on the horse and keep going! One bad week among several good weeks is much better than the opposite which got us where we were!

You can do this and you are worth it. Don't let an off day, lazy day, whatever turn into a lazy week! That's too long of not remembering you're worth it. Here's to a better week....

I love that you want to do it for a healthy you and not because of the challenge:)

Hmmm I'm getting ready to post my update this week. I think I can just copy and paste yours ;0).

Let's just get back on track and keep going.

Congrat's on the new job, I figured I'd just post on the most recent post, rather than going back.

I feel your pain, I have been a total slacker for the last three weeks. It's been so darned hot that even moving around in the world has gotten to be too much for me. I just lay around my house after work.

It's ok to fall every now & then, as long as you pick yourself up, brush off, & get right back to it! If you can do that then you've won half the battle & will have success:-)
