So I gave it a try. It comes in Strawberry (which I couldn’t try because I’m allergic to strawberries but Mike loved it), Chocolate, which was fantastic and Vanilla which was so-so. I got to try two of each and I have to admit putting them in water made them taste okay, passable and good for you but I tried them in skim milk and they tasted amazing, yes it added calories but I figured it into my daily calorie and food allowance so I was good.
So if you are in need of a quick protein snack before or water your work outs. Or even cuz you hungry and it’s a bit of time before supper I’d say give these a try.

I use protein powder all the time but I prefer the juice based ones. I don't like the vanilla, choco, strawberry ones mixed with water either and now that I am lactose intolerant, I have to use soymilk, which can get expensive. I have never tried gotein but it sounds good. Making it with milk will add to the protein count too. I always mixed my protein with milk before the lactose intolerance. Now I use Nectar because they taste fine mixed with water. I got tired of the vanilla, choc, strawberry flavors after about 6 months of doing them daily. It sounds like a good addition to your plan though. I am an advocate of protein supplements and I'm glad you found something that works for you. Hugs.
these sound like a great thing to have with you on the go! Boo for the fact they don't seem to sell them in Canada. I may have to look into getting some the next time I'm in the States.
