And muscle weighs more than fat. The proof is in your inches that you have lost. You are toning, getting fit. So you are doing really good. :-) <br /><br />If Harvey isn't exercising, makes you wonder if alot of what he lost wasn't just "water weight". Don't compare your progress to others, especially to a man.
