I am ignoring my scale. Being active is what matters, not doing it in a gym. Gyms/studios are great...but it's keeping active in all forms in REAL LIFE that will make the hugest difference for a lifetime. Thinking and automatically adding activity to every day, not the hour in a gym. So, just keep doing all those great things you do--moving around and actual work. You can do structured exercise as home, too, on slower days--with weights, bands, kettlebells, videos, or just dancing like a fiend. Walks, swims. lifting and lowering kids. ; ) It's all good.<br /><br />Glad you're finding a way to make the meals. That matters.<br /><br />A good question to ask, too, is if this is a good weight. I know for sure I can be HAPPY at this weight. I thought my happy weight would be 175, but really, I'm so flexible and mobile and energetic and can buy clothes in normal stores, that his is actually happy for me. I feel good. :) I do want to lose 29 more, but if I don't, you know, life is good right here.
