47:47….shaved off 6 minutes tonight. I think we’ll have 45 minutes in our pocket before the official race. YEAH!!!
Mammogram came back normal, YEAH!!! Waiting for lab work now.
Still have a horrible huge throbbing headache, not to sure about Phase 6. Will keep trying a bit longer but with my works outs not positive how this will pan out. No sneak peek yet at the scale, I want too but Allan says wait for the surprise. Oh how I hope there’s a surprise that will make this headache worth it all.
That’s it but had to share and for me to keep track. Take care my friends and have a blessed and awesome day.

ReplyDeleteFrom what I understand, when you first do VLC liquid, you're supposed to cut back on activity to not overstress. Then, when the calories go back up a little, reintroduce the harder workout.
Maybe just easier strolls while liquiding?
