I am so excited, you know why, I’m the featured blog over at Java's Friday Follow 40 and Over. She even made me this cool button, I’ve never had a button before. Congrats on the #2 spot for Java's Follow Friday. I read some of your older blogs. Isn't it wonderful to fit into clothes you thought you would never fit again? I chuckled when you said that you were finally weighed less than husband. That had to feel awesome. Have you ever tried yoga? If not, you might consider it. It is great exercise. It tones your muscles, but it also helps with concentration and focus, balance, breathing, and affects so many aspects of your life.
