This weeks been hard….

As hard as I’ve been working, exercising my mouth is getting the exercise too. I have been so taughty since Tuesday evening. I had homemade fries that night, the next day I fixed spaghetti and ate two bowls of that, Thursday I didn’t do terrible but did eat a couple of cookies and yesterday mama and I went out for lunch at KFC and then went to a specialty store and bought 5 toffee bars that I ate 3 of. How in the world am I going to lose weight if I keep this up? Today I am back on the wagon and will be doing what I know I’m suppose to be. I have been exercising all of those days so I suppose that counts for something but the food…oh it tasted oh so good. To me there is nothing better then having a good tasty meal. I am working hard at making good for us tasty meals but this week not to good. So it’s onward and upwards to being better. I only have 23 days or so until my next weigh in and I need to lose at least the same if not more then last month so got work to do.

I hope that you all are doing wonderfully on your life style changes but if you’re like me and screw up, well that’s what the Lord gives us a new day for, to start over and try harder.

Take care my friends and have the most blessed day you can. It’s a TGIF day. Yippy!!!!

One thing we were taught at our weight loss class, was to write down every single thing that goes into your mouth and the calorie content. At the end of the day tally up the calories and we were all shocked! The first day I ate 2500 calories on JUNK!!! We continue to write it down each day and now I am at a decent 1200-1500 each day.

Keep at it! You can do it!
